Position: Store Executive
Location: PECHS Block 6
Salary: 35k to 40k
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Store Executive to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of stock management and store operations, we’d happy to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials
• Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) for all outgoing items and maintain complete records
• Track and manage Delivery Challans to ensure timely delivery
• Organize storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and easy access
• Monitor stock usage and generate timely inventory reports, including shortages and reorder levels
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for inventory planning and restocking
• Follow standard inventory control procedures (including FIFO)
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Ensure inventory security and minimize stock losses or damage
• Resolve day-to-day issues related to store operations
• Perform any other duties assigned by seniors or the manager

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Store or Inventory Management (Required)
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory software
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
