Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain stock levels and manage inventory using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.)

Ensure accurate records of goods received and issued.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

Material Handling:

Receive incoming materials and inspect them for quality and quantity.

Tag, label, and store items in designated storage locations.

Prepare and dispatch material against job orders or customer orders.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Issue Slips, Inward/Outward Registers, and other documentation.

Ensure all materials comply with GMP/ISO and safety regulations.

Coordinate with the Quality Control team for material clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field preferred.

Knowledge of pharma machinery parts (e.g., tablet press, granulators, blenders) is a plus.

Proficient in inventory software and MS Excel.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lift moderate weights and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
