Job Description – Store Helper (Paint Finished Goods, Dubai)

The Store Helper supports the Store Keeper and warehouse team in managing finished paint products. This role focuses on safe handling, storage, packing, and dispatch of paints, ensuring timely delivery to customers and distributors while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Finished Goods
• Assist in unloading and arranging incoming finished paint products from production.
• Move and stack paint cans, drums, and cartons safely in designated storage areas.
• Storage & Organization
• Place finished goods in racks or pallets according to batch numbers and product categories.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the finished goods warehouse.
• Inventory Support
• Help in labeling, tagging, and counting finished goods stock.
• Report shortages, damages, or leakage issues to the Store Keeper immediately.
• Packing & Dispatch
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery, including packing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping.
• Support loading of trucks/containers for local and export shipments.
• Ensure correct quantities and product types are dispatched as per delivery notes.
• Safety & Compliance
• Follow safety protocols when handling paint containers (flammable and chemical safety).
• Use protective equipment (gloves, masks, safety shoes) as required.
• Adhere to Dubai regulatory standards and company policies.
• Coordination
• Work closely with the Store Keeper, logistics team, and dispatch staff.
• Carry out tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure smooth outbound operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic education (High School preferred).
• Prior experience in warehouse/store operations (paints or chemicals industry is an advantage).
• Ability to lift and move heavy paint containers safely.
• Knowledge of safe handling of flammable goods (training will be provided).
• Teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions

• Based in Dubai manufacturing facility.
• Physical work environment with exposure to paints, solvents, and packaging materials.
• Standard working hours with overtime as required during peak dispatch periods.
