Store In-charge

Our company based in Dubai require experienced Store-in-charge to join immediately. Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience working as Store-in-charge with reputed companies in UAE . Should be well versed with all Electrical work material . Candidates on visit visa who can join immediately upon selection. Employment visa provided Transportation provided Housing provided Medical insurance provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, conducting regular physical stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and managing stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Receiving and Inspecting: Receiving, unloading, and inspecting deliveries for damage, quantity accuracy, and quality, then signing the DO.
• Stock Storage and Safety: Storing materials in an organized, safe, and accessible manner, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Issuing and Dispatching: Issuing materials to Engineers and processing returns.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining, updating, and documenting inventory records and preparing reports regarding stock levels, damages, or discrepancies.
• Store Operations: Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure workspace, Driving Pickup or other vehicle if required, and coordinating with procurement for replenishment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Manual License.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of safety procedures.
• Physical stamina for lifting and handling materials.
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
