Store in charge/Processing Helper must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.
Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods in the IQF unit. Ensures proper stock control, documentation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
· Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
· Conduct daily/weekly stock reconciliations and report discrepancies..
Material Handling & Storage:
· Ensure proper temperature control and segregation in cold storage areas.
· Monitor storage conditions for IQF fruits, purées, and ingredients.
· Supervise loading/unloading operations while maintaining product integrity.
Documentation & Compliance:
· Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and dispatch records.
· Ensure all materials are labeled with batch codes and expiry details.
· Support audits and ensure adherence to HACCP / ISO standards.
Coordination & Reporting:
· Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams for timely material availability.
· Generate inventory and consumption reports.
· Highlight slow-moving or near-expiry stock.
Team & Process Management:
· Supervise store assistants and helpers.
· Ensure safe material handling practices and use of PPE.
