Store Incharge

Job Summary

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and issuing materials, ensuring proper storage of goods, and maintaining stock records. The role ensures efficient inventory control and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software or manual registers.
  • Issue materials as per authorized requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
  • Maintain records of goods received, issued, damaged, or returned.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Manage store staff and allocate daily tasks when applicable.
  • Control slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
