Are you detail-oriented and experienced in inventory management? Join The Carnival – All Day Buffet Restaurant as a Store Keeper and play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations through efficient stock management and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Process store requests and ensure timely issuance of materials to relevant departments.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices to minimize waste and prevent product expiry.
• Keep the storage area organized, clean, properly labeled, and compliant with food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records, including receipts and issue logs.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted stock availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (additional logistics or inventory certifications are a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
