- Maintain accurate inventory records in both physical stock and ERP systems.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials with complete documentation and authorization.
- Ensure proper item coding, labeling, and systematic storage of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and audits; investigate and resolve variances.
- Track material issuance to production, maintenance, and office departments with recipient sign-off.
- Coordinate with QC for inspection and approval of incoming materials.
- Liaise with logistics for material movement and optimal use of transport resources.
- Supervise store staff/helpers and enforce safe material handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare inventory and accountability reports for management review.
