Store Inspection Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Safety Stock Management: Responsible for verifying and optimizing safety stock standards for all product categories across stores.
  • Inventory & Display Checks: Audit in-store inventory levels and ensure the visual merchandising/product display is logical and optimized.
  • Promotion Execution: Inspect the on-site execution of promotional activities to ensure their effectiveness and compliance.
  • Customer Insights & Category Optimization: Establish store consumer personas and gather user feedback to drive and optimize store category adjustments.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate collected data and analytical insights into formal reports with actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Learning Agility & Proactivity: Strong willingness and ability to learn, with high self-motivation and proactivity toward work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language & Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to handle cross-departmental communication independently.
  • Resilience: Strong ability to work under pressure with a positive and constructive mindset.
  • Merchandise Knowledge: Prior knowledge or basic understanding of retail merchandise/commodities is preferred.
  • Mobility: Possession of a personal vehicle (or a valid driver's license) is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
