Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory in Riyadh. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper storage of materials, coordinating with procurement and project teams, and ensuring timely availability of materials for site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to project sites as per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, ledgers, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor material usage and highlight discrepancies or shortages.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely material supply.
• Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper (construction/fit-out/joinery experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
