The Store Keeper at OZ Developers is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all inventory, materials, and equipment required for company operations and project execution. This role ensures accurate stock control, efficient material flow, and timely issuance of items to project teams, while maintaining proper documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and recorded in the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.

Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area.
  • Implement standard operating procedures for material handling and storage.
  • Ensure materials are issued to departments or project sites promptly and accurately.
  • Track material usage and returns from project teams.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare purchase requisitions, goods received notes (GRNs), issue slips, and other inventory documents.
  • Maintain updated logs of material movement and inventory changes.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports as requested.

Coordination

  • Liaise with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors to forecast material needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transport teams on delivery schedules.
  • Support internal audits by providing necessary documentation and inventory data.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow and enforce company safety rules and material handling guidelines.
  • Ensure safe storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.
  • Report damaged, missing, or expired stock to management.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a store keeper or warehouse assistant, ideally within construction, real estate development, or a similar industry.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory software, ERP systems).
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
