Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage all on-site store operations at our Ghaziabad project. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of construction materials, and hands-on experience in inventory and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the store inventory, ensuring proper storage and cleanliness.
  
• Receive, check and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
  
• Maintain daily stock registers (manual and digital) with accuracy.
  
• Verify material quantity and quality as per delivery challans and purchase orders.
  
• Coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements and shortages.
  
• Keep track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
  
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.
  
• Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports.
  
• Maintain proper documentation including GRN, issue slips, return slips etc.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters and site engineers for timely material flow.
  
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines within the store premises.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic inventory software.
  
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
