Demand & Supply Planning:
Develop and maintain supply plans, forecasts, and production schedules.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment, and optimize inventory to meet targets.

Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with vendors for timely material delivery, manage relationships, and evaluate performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Procurement to align goals.

Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, prepare reports, and track KPIs (e.g., stock availability, fulfillment).

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Responsible for developing teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability and coaching.

Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential disruptions and develop solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

MBA (Specialization in Supply chain & Operations Management) with 5-8 years of exp. of FMCG industry.

Previous experience in supply planning and ERP / Planning Systems.

Strong Excel skills, proficiency with supply chain software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure
