A Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, tracking material usage, ensuring timely availability of required items at the site, and maintaining accurate records of all materials in and out of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
  • Organize materials by category and label clearly.
  • Maintain stock levels and reorder when necessary.

2. Material Issue:

  • Issue materials to site workers as per daily requirement slips.
  • Record each issue accurately to maintain real-time stock status.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain inward/outward registers, GRN (Goods Received Note), and MRN (Material Requisition Note).
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly consumption and balance statements.

4. Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order within the storage area.
  • Prevent material wastage, damage, or theft.

5. Coordination:

  • Coordinate with purchase departments, site engineers, and suppliers.
  • Follow up on material delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Qualification: Graduate + tally

· Experience: Gulf experience preferred

· Minimum Experience -5 years in the middle east.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO160.000 - RO200.000 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 5year gulf: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Tally certification (Preferred)
