Store keeper

We are looking for a storekeeper to join our growing team. This role will play a critical part in controlling food costs.

Key Responsibilities

​​Monitor and control Cost of Revenue (Food & Beverage Cost)

​​Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly branch-level

​​Conduct recipe costing and update standard costing sheets

​​Monitor variance between theoretical vs. actual consumption

​​Perform stock audits and coordinate monthly inventory counts

​​Track wastage, shrinkage, and implement corrective actions

​​Work closely with Central Kitchen, Finance, Procurement & Operations teams

​​Review supplier pricing and recommend cost-saving initiatives

​​Prepare management reports with actionable recommendations

​​Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin recovery plans
