About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Equipment & Inventory Coordinator to manage the storage, organization, and tracking of our IT equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate stock replenishment, and support the IT department’s equipment needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storage and organization of IT equipment and supplies to ensure easy accessibility and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained for issuing and receiving IT items.
  • Coordinate and track deliveries and stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Monitor equipment usage and report any discrepancies or losses promptly.
  • Provide monthly inventory and cost reports to the accounts department.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to fulfill equipment requirements and support operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of IT equipment and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
