Store Keeper (ELV & ICT Materials)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT materials. The ideal candidate should have experience handling technical materials such as networking equipment, CCTV components, access control systems, structured cabling products, and related accessories. Experience with Odoo ERP will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Issue materials to project teams and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of all materials.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
• Track damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control standards.
• Update inventory transactions in Odoo ERP or other inventory management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in ELV, ICT, MEP, or construction-related industries.
• Good knowledge of ELV and ICT materials, including:
• CCTV systems
• Access Control Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Networking Equipment
• Fiber Optic Components
• Racks, Cabinets, and Accessories
• Ability to identify and manage technical materials and part numbers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
