Store Keeper - Logistics/Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Logistics Supervisor

We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our warehouse operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory control. As a key part of our supply chain team, the Store Keeper will ensure that goods are properly received, stored, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality of goods

  • Store materials and supplies in the designated areas with proper labeling and organization

  • Maintain inventory records and ensure real-time updates in the inventory management system

  • Issue materials and equipment to departments and ensure accurate tracking

  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with inventory records to identify discrepancies

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/store at all times

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for inventory requirements

  • Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment when needed

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment

  • Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing stock, including invoices and delivery notes

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a warehouse/logistics role

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles

  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and handling tools

  • Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Physically fit to handle warehouse duties when required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics/supply chain are a plus

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a logistics or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of UAE customs and import/export procedures

  • Forklift license or warehouse equipment certification

  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
