Store Keeper Only Restaurant Experience Required

We are looking for a store keeper who understands restaurant inventory and can manage stock with accuracy. The ideal person has at least five years of experience in a reputable restaurant and knows how to maintain organized storage, track usage and support smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving and issuing of stock
• Keep inventory records updated and accurate
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Maintain proper storage, labeling and cleanliness
• Coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing team
• Prevent wastage through proper handling and rotation

Requirements

• Minimum five years of store keeping experience in a well-reputed restaurant
• Strong understanding of restaurant inventory management
• Good record keeping and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and organized work habits
• Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain neat storage areas
