Store keeper (Unloading loading staff )

Job Title: Store Loading/Unloading Staff
Department: Warehouse / Store Operations
Location:salmabad
Reports To: Storekeeper / Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, materials, and supplies in the store or warehouse. Ensures proper handling of items to prevent damage and assists with inventory organization and movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage during movement.
• Ensure items are placed in the correct location in the storage area.
• Assist in checking and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Report any damaged or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading/unloading areas.
• Assist with stock arrangement and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Cooperate with storekeepers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD130.000 - BD150.000 per month
