Job Title: Store & Logistics Manager
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Store & Logistics Manager to support the smooth functioning of store operations, inventory management, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in similar industries and strong knowledge of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, stock control, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow.
• Maintain proper documentation related to material movement, shipping, and inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare reports, and ensure reorder levels are maintained.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards in warehouse/store.
• Support in planning logistics schedules and optimizing transportation costs.
• Assist in leading and guiding storekeepers, warehouse staff, and logistics teams.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of materials, especially technical items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of Managerial experience in store/logistics management, preferably in Marine, Oil & Gas, Trading, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and ERP systems.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
