Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Home Automation Experience Store . This role involves managing store operations, driving sales, and building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and electricians to promote our smart-home solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring top-quality product display and customer experience.
  

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations of home automation solutions to walk-in customers.
  

• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, and electricians to generate business leads and collaborations.
  

• Organize store events, workshops, and presentations for industry professionals.
  

• Drive sales targets through effective customer and partner engagement.
  

• Supervise and train store staff for excellent service delivery.
  

• Handle inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  

• Address customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  

• Prepare regular reports on sales, footfall, and partner outreach.
  
  
  
  

Requirements


Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or background in electronics/automation preferred.
  

• 3–5 years of experience in retail store management or B2B sales (preferably in electronics, lighting, or smart-home industry).
  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  

• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to customers and professionals.
  

• Knowledge of home automation or electrical products is an advantage.
