About the Role

We're opening our first flagship store in the Middle East at Dubai Mall and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to join our team.

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of operations, team performance, and client experience. You'll embody the Manière De Voir mindset - quality focused, taste driven, and passionate about delivering world class service and style.

This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in our global retail expansion and set the standard for Manière De Voir in one of the world's most iconic retail destinations.

What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing retail team to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Drive store performance through clear objectives, KPI analysis, and strategic decision making.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and reflects the brand's aesthetic and values.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy in collaboration with head office.
• Build authentic client relationships, using CRM data to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay connected to Dubai's fashion and cultural scene, using local insights to strengthen the brand's presence.
• Partner with Dubai Mall management and marketing teams to amplify store visibility and engagement.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience achieving sales and service KPIs.
• A deep understanding of fashion, styling, and client engagement.
• Organised, adaptable, and confident under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
