Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store In Charge to oversee all aspects of our inventory and warehouse operations. This role will be responsible for the efficient management of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely dispatch of supplies for various projects, and maintaining a secure and well-organized store environment. This role is crucial in supporting our diverse service lines by ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, materials, and uniforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, including security equipment, cleaning supplies, facility management tools, uniforms, and other operational materials.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

Implement and maintain an efficient inventory tracking system (manual or digital) to monitor stock movement.

Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.

Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or other appropriate stock rotation methods to minimize waste and obsolescence.
Receiving and Dispatching:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Ensure proper storage and categorization of goods within the store.

Prepare and dispatch materials, equipment, and uniforms as per approved requisitions for various projects and departments.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely delivery and collection of goods.
Store Organization & Security:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Implement and enforce strict security measures to prevent theft, loss, or damage to inventory.

Control access to the store and ensure only authorized personnel handle goods.

Regularly inspect storage facilities and equipment for maintenance needs.
Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on stock levels, consumption, discrepancies, and inventory valuation.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all store operations, including GRNs, issue notes, transfer notes, and stock take reports.
Team Coordination:

Supervise and train any assigned store assistants or laborers, ensuring adherence to procedures.

Collaborate effectively with procurement, operations, HR, and finance departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Quality Control:

Ensure that all received and dispatched items meet quality standards and specifications.

Report any defective or non-compliant goods to the relevant department
Required Criteria:

Bachelors Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

3+ Years experience in Storekeeping, warehouse management or inventory control preferably within FM or manpower supply industry.

Good English Communication Skills
