Store Manager

We are actively looking for a detail-oriented Store Manager to join our Stores Operations team

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' store management experience
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic & English.
• Able to move to the job location.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
