The Store Manager serves as the heartbeat of our retail environment. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding service
  • Foster a client-focused culture with personalized consultations and product education
  • Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory flow
  • Analyze business performance and proactively execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
  • Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and display aesthetics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Build strong community connections and support local marketing initiatives


Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Strong sales acumen with a record of achieving KPIs and driving growth
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Passion for beauty products, trends, and delivering personalized customer experiences
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with POS systems, reporting tools, and basic business operations
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
