Role:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the coffee shop's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance.
Reporting Line:
Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and achieve business objectives.
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including baristas and other support personnel.
· Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
· Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
· Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
· Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking stock, and minimizing waste.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the coffee shop, including the kitchen, dining area, and restroom facilities.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales figures, expenses, and profitability.
