Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to handle daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store activities.
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Handle customer queries and solve issues.
• Supervise and support the sales team.
• Manage billing, cash, and daily reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience (apparel preferred).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
