Store Manager plays a crucial role at the core of our store operations, focusing on identifying practical problems and devising effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Management: Oversee the smooth daily operation of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Personnel Management: Handle employee hiring, scheduling, training, and development to maximize team performance and morale.
  • Facility Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with appropriate vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of store equipment and facilities.
  • Issue Reporting & Task Execution: Upon identifying operational issues, provide an initial report to Senior Management and execute assigned follow-up tasks as directed.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor supply chain processes to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  • Strong Sense of Responsibility and dedication.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of leading a team and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Prior experience in Retail or Service Operations/Management is preferred.

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week
  • Work Location: Must be available to travel between store locations as needed.
  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Holiday Availability: Must be available to work on holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Starting annual salary of $52,000 during a 4-month probationary period, increasing to $60,000 upon successful conversion to regular employee status. Opportunity for promotion to General Manager (GM) after 1 year based on performance, with a salary increase.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health Insurances, 401(k) plan, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
