Store Manager – Duties & Responsibilities (Warehouse & Inventory)

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales floor and warehouse activities
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, organization, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent overstocking or stock shortages
• Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure accurate inventory records through proper documentation and inventory management systems
• Supervise, train, and schedule store and warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with procedures
• Implement proper storage, labeling, and handling standards to maintain product quality and safety
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of products
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss-prevention procedures
• Analyze inventory and sales reports to forecast demand and plan replenishment
• Reduce shrinkage, damages, and expired products through effective controls
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store and warehouse
• Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and operational efficiency
