Store Manager

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement at our Ironman 4x4 Offroad Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inward and outward stock flow, maintain accurate records, and support sales and service teams with timely stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Accounts Department on stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Maintain books and records for inward and outward stock transactions.
• Supervise loading/unloading of products from lorries, vans, and other vehicles.
• Inspect and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders and ensure correct placement in designated storage areas.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to bill ordered goods and follow up until clearance.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Package and label products for dispatch in line with company standards.
• Process documentation for purchase orders and issue materials as per requisitions, ensuring proper approvals.
• Track, report, and resolve any damages or discrepancies in received orders.
• Prepare and submit daily in-out stock reports to the Accounts Department.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within the warehouse while performing physical warehouse duties.
• Handle discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, and warranties efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in both manual registers and computerized systems (GRN & Job Card system).
• Refill and replenish stock regularly in coordination with Sales and Service Advisors.
• Verify and process warranty-related part replacements.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
