Head of Coffee Operation Manager

Looking for Operation Manager cum Barista is a hybrid role responsible for both the high-level, day-to-day management of a café (operations) and the hands-on preparation of beverages (barista duties). This position ensures that the coffee shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high-quality service standards.   • Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures, ensuring the café is clean, safe, and ready for business.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor, order, and manage stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to avoid shortages and manage costs.
  • Financial Reporting: Handle cash and point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Brand Standards: Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand SOPs.

2. Barista & Service Duties

  • Beverage Preparation: Expertly craft and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) according to recipes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewers.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a welcoming experience.

3. Team Leadership

  • Staff Training: Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas and service staff on brewing techniques and customer service.
