Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain records
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Handle cash management and billing processes
  • Coordinate with management for business improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail or store management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of inventory and POS systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
