Position Title : Store Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIE:

Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide
managerial approvals as required.

Supervise day-to-day operations in order to achieve operational sales performance goals. May be responsible for a small store or for a number of departments within a store.

Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills

Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve
expectations while following established timelines

Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of
productivity, quality, and timeliness; use performance management systems to
improve personal performance

Supervise a team performing routine work.

Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, explain the selection to the customer, and invite the customer to make a purchase at the standard price/terms and conditions of sale

Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and protocols.

Record and process custom/special customer orders, often dealing with ambiguous
delivery expectations.

nterview the customer, following a complex multilevel sales script, to clarify the
customer's requirements, or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers, making detailed notes to collect client requirements.

Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.


Skills Description


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations.
