Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring experienced Store Managers for a leading retail organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service across Food, Non-Food, and Fresh categories.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments

* Manage Food (Grocery), Non-Food, and Fresh categories including Butchery, Meat, Fruits & Vegetables

* Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets

* Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and shrinkage control

* Lead, train, and supervise store staff to maintain operational excellence

* Deliver high standards of customer service and store presentation

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a retail organization

* Hands-on experience managing Food, Non-Food, and Fresh categories

* Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

* Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales performance
