What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates
Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more — hands-on tech every day
Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins
Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
Keep operations running smoothly — manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling
Crush KPIs and earn uncapped bonuses for top performance

What You Bring:

Hands-on experience in phone/computer repair (hardware and software)
1+ year of leadership experience — retail leadership is a big plus
Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
A love for tech and a passion for helping people
Drive to lead by example and create a fun, productive workplace
