Job Overview

Rescom Financial Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team in San Antonio, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service within the financial services industry. This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,670 - $143,500 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial service professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Drive the branch's performance to meet and exceed business targets and key performance indicators.
* Oversee all daily operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
* Act as a strong ally for our clients, ensuring their journey from start to finish is positive, focused, and centred on their specific goals.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, embodying the upbeat, friendly, and professional attitude that defines our service.
* Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation.
* Develop and implement local strategies to enhance the company's reputation and grow the client base.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client issues, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of the best possible solutions.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector.
* A strong track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
* Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and a solid understanding of the mortgage industry.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and implement effective strategies.
* A powerful, professional presence and a willingness to go the extra mile for both your team and your clients.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
