What you'll be doing

As a Store Manager at Chalhoub, you will drive the store's success, build a loyal VIP customer base, manage the team, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, representing the brand and communicating its values through all interactions.
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the customer database to foster relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about trends, products, and competitors, sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders.
  • Leverage both online and offline sales channels to maximize performance.
  • Provide leadership and development for the team, fostering a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff, promoting growth and professional development.
  • Ensure performance improvement plans are transparent and well-documented.

Customer Experience

  • Promote an omnichannel approach, emphasizing physical and digital touchpoints, clienteling, and leveraging customer data to personalize service.
  • Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through excellent service and networking.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with all sales and operational policies.
  • Manage e-commerce orders efficiently, meeting SLA standards.
  • Utilize available technology tools to enhance customer experience and ensure team proficiency.
  • Maintain operational standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines.
  • Analyze traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
