Position Overview
The Store Manager will oversee the operations of the Food & Beverage warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with food safety standards, and timely distribution of supplies to outlets. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of F&B supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of all food and beverage items.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances with system data.
- Warehouse Operations
- Ensure warehouse layout supports efficient storage and retrieval.
- Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas for perishable goods.
- Implement hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and local regulations.
- Procurement & Coordination
- Liaise with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Verify quality and quantity of received items against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and chefs to meet operational requirements.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and train storekeepers, warehouse assistants, and support staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Highlight slow-moving, expired, or damaged items for corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B warehouse/store management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Micros).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO standards, and Qatar’s food safety regulations.

- Issuance Timeliness: Ensure ≥ 95% of requisitions fulfilled within agreed timelines.
- Supplier Compliance: ≥ 90% of deliveries received on time and in full.
- Audit Readiness: Zero non-conformities in internal/external audits.
- Team Productivity: ≥ 90% adherence to SOPs and daily task completion.
- Cost Efficiency: Demonstrated savings through optimized procurement and reduced variances.
