STORE MANAGER (F/M/X) DUBAI MALL

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Store manager, you will act as the store Chief Executing Officer. You will be a model in terms of sales, customer experience and loyalty, spending most of your time on the shopfloor. You will promote the brand's culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, people manager and a skills developer.

Job responsibilities

Your impact

Business and client developer

  • Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends
  • Take responsibility of the P&L
  • Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals
  • Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives
  • Translate the store's objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets
  • Be the link between the head office and the store

Brand ambassador and promoter

  • Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE
  • Ensure the best level of client experience
  • Handle delicate customer situations if needed

Process owner

  • Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirements
  • Being responsible of the Stock
  • Being responsible of the Store planning
  • Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store
  • Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them
  • Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit
  • Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position
Profile

Keys for success

Education:

  • Business School, University or "equivalent experience"

Experience:

  • Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
  • Strong business sense and ability to drive results
  • Product and fashion sensitivity
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, strong leadership
  • High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
  • Organizational skills, sense of priorities and agility
  • Talent for coaching and developing a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, sincerity and curiosity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented, highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
