Store Manager Food & Beverage

CAF is Hiring for Store Manager (Arabic National) with a strong background in F&B Industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store as per the brand standard and guidelines.
• Supervise, lead, and direct the team and ensure satisfactory performance.
• Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and good quality of drinks and food products to achieve store sales target.
• Initiate and drive LSM (Local Store Marketing) to improve topline sales.
• Manage stock control and inventory management.

• Strong store & people management
• Strong product knowledge, planning and project management
• Excellent follow-up and initiative-taking abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and sales skills
• Knowledgeable in hygiene and food safety
• Knowledgeable in POS and ordering system e.g., Foodics & Odoo
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Energetic and self-starter
• Flexible & adaptable to change Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor / Manager in F&B Industry
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Arab National
• With Valid Kuwait Residency & transferable
