Store Manager for Beauty Salon

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism. The role involves supervising salon employees, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations Management

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Monitor appointment scheduling and customer flow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

2. Staff Supervision

  • Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff including beauticians, receptionists, and assistants.
  • Create work schedules and manage staff attendance.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regular clients.

4. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Monitor daily sales and work toward achieving revenue targets.
  • Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

5. Inventory & Supplies

  • Manage inventory of salon products, tools, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and place orders when necessary.
  • Track product usage and prevent stock shortages or wastage.

6. Financial Management

  • Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reports.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain cost control.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding sales and performance.

7. Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in planning marketing activities and promotions.
  • Promote services through social media and local advertising.
  • Support loyalty programs and special offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in salon, retail, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of beauty products and salon services.
  • Basic financial and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Business Management.
  • Previous experience managing a beauty salon or spa.
  • Familiarity with salon booking and POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time
