This is a Senior-level, full-time Store Manager position for the Grocery Hyper format with Reliance Retail, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role requires strong expertise in retail operations, grocery management, and profit & loss accountability, ensuring high standards of store performance and customer satisfaction within a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications And Skills

Demonstrated experience in leading large specialty or hyper grocery retail stores overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly operations effectively.

Expertise in retail operations, specifically in grocery environments, with a proven ability to streamline in-store processes (Mandatory skill).

Comprehensive knowledge of grocery merchandising, inventory management, and supply chain within high-volume stores.

Strong understanding and direct experience handling store Profit & Loss, including revenue growth and cost controls (Mandatory skill).

Practical know-how in shrinkage control measures, loss prevention strategies, and effective stock audit management.

Hands-on exposure to the integration of e-commerce platforms within physical retail, boosting customer engagement and online order fulfillment.
