Store Manager İstanbul Airport

Position

This role will be responsible for managing and leading all commercial and operational activities for Dior Airport Store as well as leading the store team in line with Dior’s unique client experience and welcoming principles. The role requires a hands-on approach to drive the business. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in premium customer service, team leadership, and retail operations, with a deep appreciation for high-end products and clientele. The Store Manager will be responsible

for driving sales, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and upholding the brand's image and values.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience aligned with luxury service standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through CRM and clienteling strategies.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and monitoring KPIs.
  • Analyze business reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to execute seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory control, cash management, and

compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest luxury standards.

Profile

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is a must; MBA would be an asset

Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English

Work Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service and

clientele.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in retail business systems (POS, CRM, inventory management).
  • Passion for luxury fashion, design, or lifestyle products.
  • Previous airport store management experience is an asset.
