Store Manager – QSR Restaurant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store performance, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations on a daily basis
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Control inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a QSR or similar food service environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of sales, inventory, and operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
AED 2,700 – AED 3,500 per month
