Our client, a prominent name in the luxury fashion world, is looking to appoint an experienced Store Manager to lead their boutique in Abu Dhabi. This person will take full ownership of the store’s day-to-day performance, client experience, and team leadership, ensuring the boutique reflects the standards and expectations of a top-tier luxury house.
Role Overview
The Store Manager will be the driving force behind the store’s commercial results and the overall client journey. The role requires someone who understands the rhythm of luxury fashion retail, someone who can guide a team, build loyal client relationships, and maintain the brand’s presence in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience
• Ensure every client interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and consistent with luxury expectations.
• Build strong relationships with high-value clients and maintain a healthy network within the Abu Dhabi luxury community.
• Oversee clienteling activities and ensure the team is actively developing long-term relationships.
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the store team, giving regular coaching and ensuring individuals grow in both confidence and capability.
• Create a supportive, well-structured working environment that encourages initiative and accountability.
• Set clear expectations and ensure the team consistently delivers on service, presentation, and client care.
Commercial Ownership
• Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding monthly and annual targets.
• Review and interpret store performance, identifying where improvements can be made and acting on them quickly.
• Understand customer behaviour and local market trends, adapting the store’s approach when needed.
Operations & Presentation
• Oversee stock levels, product flow, and all operational processes to keep the boutique running efficiently.
• Ensure the store consistently meets visual guidelines, working closely with VM teams when necessary.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5–7 years’ management experience within luxury fashion or accessories.
• Strong exposure to the UAE market, ideally Abu Dhabi, with an existing network of clients.
• A confident leader who can set direction, manage performance, and bring out the best in people.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn KPIs into tangible results.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• A natural sense of style, product understanding, and appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
