Store Manager (MEP)

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming MEP materials and equipment.
• Maintain an organized store layout ensuring proper segregation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track material usage, stock levels, and reorder requirements.
• Ensure all materials are stored as per manufacturer guidelines and project specifications to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Monitor issuance of materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Project Teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Manage return of unused, surplus, or defective materials in coordination with suppliers and the procurement team.
• Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the store.
• Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and other support staff.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.
• Support audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.
