Store Manager( Must be in Fashion Retail)

Job description

- Helping achieve the sales goals set for the branch, and supporting the team in achieving them.

- Continuous review of the results of achieving sales goals.

- Follow up on the daily work of the work team and ensure its implementation.

- Adherence to the established daily to-do list.

- Receiving goods from the warehouse vehicle or local suppliers and matching them with the receipt report.

- Entering goods receipt data into the company’s program.

- Distribute goods to departments and ensure their display.

- Ensure that the warehouse is permanently arranged to ensure easy access to goods.

- Follow up on the method of displaying the goods with the display official.

- Follow up on receiving goods and stock movement in the branch.

- Follow up on the movement of fast-selling and slow-selling goods.

- Carrying out cashier duties

- Carrying out all the duties of the branch manager in his absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
