Store Manager (Russian Speaker) - Everyday Goods Retail

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hypermarket / Supermarket in the UAE. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment, driving sales, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Description

  • Manage the overall operations of the Hypermarket / Supermarket, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization.

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.

  • Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.

  • Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and legal compliance standards.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

  • Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.

  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.

  • Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail Hypermarket / Supermarket.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
