Store Manager (Saudi Nationals)

About Us:

Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company is a Saudi-based joint stock company with active operations in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt. It is considered one of the leading retail companies in the Kingdom.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise receiving processes (warehouse and direct supplier deliveries), organize items on shelves, and ensure proper pricing labels in line with company policies.
  • Oversee supplier agreements, expenses, petty cash invoices, and ensure daily sales cash matches approved procedures before bank deposits.
  • Track financial performance including profit & loss reports, expenses, damages, and fresh product orders, ensuring proper controls and timely reporting.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports on sales trends and slow-moving items, update pricing, and ensure proper product display and accurate customer transactions.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Relevant educational qualification (preferably a bachelor’s degree).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
